AVANTI WEST APARTMENTS
MADHOUSE DEVELOPMENT - EDINBURG, TEXAS
Avanti West Apartments is a ground-up affordable living community located in Edinburg, Texas, and completed in 2021. The community spaces were designed with plenty of natural light and soothing earth tones to give residents comfortable gathering spaces to play pool or visit with family and friends. Unhinged Studio’s scope included the selection of interior materials, finishes, and fixtures for the units, public spaces, and pool area. The furniture, art, and décor was curated, procured, and installed by Unhinged Studio. Unhinged Studio collaborated with Northfield Design Associates to design and document the interior space from concept to completion.
