AVANTI EAST APARTMENTS
MADHOUSE DEVELOPMENT - EDINBURG, TEXAS
Avanti East Apartments is an affordable living community located in Edinburg, Texas. The ground-up construction project was completed in 2018. Unhinged Studio’s scope included the selection of interior materials, finishes, and fixtures for the units, clubhouse, and pool area. The furniture, art, and décor was curated, procured, and installed by Unhinged Studio. The modern yet playful aesthetic of the clubhouse brings residents together to play pool, study, or host a party. Unhinged Studio collaborated with Northfield Design Associates to design and document the interior space from concept to completion.
